The Residential Options Waiver (ROW) is a program offered through the Office of Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) for individuals currently living in or requiring institutional care. ROW includes various Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) with the goal of promoting the individual's independence by increasing his/her capacity for self-care and self-sufficiency. |
